Getting the best out of your planner

Here are our tips for getting the best out of your Touring Plans. Please read this before you apply for your Planner.

  • Order your Planner no later than 10 working days before you leave.
  • We are not a travel agent or ticket agency. We cannot acquire attraction tickets or book dining reservations, events or hotels.
  • If you order sooner than 10 days before departure we will send within 8 days of your submission. Please see our FAQ for full details.
  • If you order 10 days before you travel we will send your Planner at least 48 hours before departure.
  • You must know your ticket requirements before you fill in the form. Please check the book for the full ticket choice and then indicate your selection on the form. We cannot make your selection for you.
  • Check that your antivirus software does not put important emails in your SPAM or Bulk Mail folder. Some servers, like AOL, also require you to authorise email addresses to Accept Attachments (which is how you will receive your Planner from us). We cannot be held responsible for itineraries being deleted from your email software.
  • Allow up to five weeks for payment to be debited from your account. This will not affect the status of your order.
