How to get your planner

• Place your order no later than 10 working days before you leave.
• Read our tips and guidance on how to get the best out of your holiday and have your holiday details handy.
• If you have the latest edition of Brit Guide to Orlando, click Order with the Book. You will be asked for a password from the book. We cannot provide the password for you if you do not own the current edition.
• If you don’t have the book, click here to buy your copy, or click Order without the Book without the special members’ discount.
• Follow the secure WorldPay payment sequence.
• Fill out the online form with your dates, details and what you would like to do.
• You will receive an email acknowledgement directly from Susan within 48 hours of submitting your order.
• At least 48 hours before you are due to fly out, you will receive your Itinerary Planner by email.
• Confirm receipt of your Planner by email.
