Here are our tips for getting the best out of your Itinerary Planner. Please read this before you apply for your Planner.
- Order your Planner no later than 10 working days before you leave.
- We are not a travel agent or ticket agency. We cannot acquire attraction tickets or book dining reservations, events or hotels.
- We will send your Planner at least 48 hours before departure so it is right up to date.
- Please be realistic – it is simply not possible to ‘do it all’ in just two weeks. Remember this when choosing your tickets: buying a 14-Day UltimateTicket and a 5-Park Orlando FlexTicket, for example, will not give you the best value for money.
- You must know your ticket requirements before you fill in the form. Please check the book for the full ticket choice and then indicate your selection on the form. We cannot make your selection for you.
- Tell us about any specific dining or special events (e.g. character meals, balloon flights) with dates, times and locations.
- Check that your antivirus software does not put important emails in your SPAM or Bulk Mail folder. Some servers, like AOL, also require you to authorise email addresses to Accept Attachments (which is how you will receive your Planner from us). We cannot be held responsible for itineraries being deleted from your email software.
- Allow up to five weeks for payment to be debited from your account. This will not affect the status of your order.
